CLEAR TERMS. THOUGHTFUL GIVING.

Privacy & giving.

How this fundraising website handles a guest donation.

A one-time gift

The public checkout accepts a single donation in US dollars. It does not create a pledge, start automatic monthly charges, or enroll a saved card for later staff charges. No additional processing-fee amount is added by this website.

Your choice about recognition

Your name and email stay in private records available to authorized staff. Public recognition is optional. You can choose to show the gift under a display name or as Anonymous; you can also keep the individual gift off the public supporter list. All confirmed gifts may contribute to aggregate campaign progress.

Secure card entry

Payrix hosts the card-entry fields. This application does not store full card numbers or security codes. Short-lived checkout credentials are used to open those fields. A browser success message is verified with the processor before a payment record is credited.

Security and records

We use necessary session cookies, anti-forgery protection, a Cloudflare Turnstile bot check, and limited abuse-prevention records. Turnstile and Payrix receive information needed to secure or process the interaction. The application stores your private contact details, gift amount, designation, recognition choices, and processor reference. It does not automatically send marketing email or create a user account.

Pending payments

An accepted card payment may still await settlement. The public donated/received total includes only payments marked cleared after verification. A pending or uncertain result is not a reason to submit again. Keep your reference and contact the office.

Designations and corrections

Published opportunities that accept online gifts may receive contributions through checkout, including exclusive categories. A contribution is not a purchase, reservation, or transfer of naming rights. Naming rights and exclusive dedications require a separate agreement with the office. A public gift does not pay down an existing private pledge automatically. For a payment error, a refund request, changes to recognition, or a formal tax acknowledgment, call the office; these are reviewed by staff, not automatically processed by this page.
